The information in this section of the website contains general information about the kind of sponsorship and licensing opportunities that are available, and what key benefits are achieved by aligning your company brand with MunMaak.
Sponsorship opportunities are offered in each industry category, and through a number of media projects MunMaak achieves mass consumer level communications in Thailand. This is broken out across the following principal activities; television, print media, progressive media, product placement and branding, and live audience opportunities.
Sponsorships
MunMaak's official sponsors enter into a relationship via one particular event, such as the rally, they also have the benefits of exposure throughout all of MunMaak’s other events. This strengthens the relationship, and maintains brand loyalty, as it would be impossible to maximise brand relationships if sponsorship categories conflicted with each MunMaak event.
Example. If Coke sponsored the MunMaak Rally, and Pepsi sponsored the MunMaak Music concert series, it would be an obvious conflict of interests.
It is therefore in MunMaak's interest to build sponsorship and licensed partnerships with brands and companies that would benefit from being associated with all elements of the MunMaak brand and lifestyle. This "lifestyle" collectively combines music, motoring, film, fashion and art.
We are currently offering Official sponsorship and partnership opportunities for 2009. Exclusive Title sponsorship opportunities are only offered for a minimum of a one (1) year term. This is simply due to the fact that in order to maximise the marketing and PR opportunities a minimum of one (1) year would be required.
MunMaak offers Official category sponsorships in each major industry sector, and is open to work with brands of all industry types, although we usually seek relationships with the following key industry categories:
Electronics
Food & Beverage
Media (TV, print & online)
Apparel & Footwear & Eyewear
Finance (banking, credit cards, investments, etc)
Travel & Leisure (airlines, hotels, etc)
Automotive (Car manufacturers, oil, tires, etc)
This sponsorship section is intended to be used as a guide to answer as many frequently asked questions relating to sponsoring the MunMaak rally and other events.
To maximise these opportunities MunMaak offers four (4) levels of sponsorship. The official sponsorship levels are:
Exclusive Title Sponsorship
Exclusive or Main sponsor, benefit from full branding, promotional opportunities, and media exposure throughout all MunMaak events and additional media platforms throughout the period of the relationship.
MunMaak only offers only one (1) Exclusive Title partnership. The sponsor maintains exclusivity. Exclusive Title sponsor is usually international brand that is interested to benefit from exclusive identifying exposure of being part of the MunMaak lifestyle; events.
- The Title Sponsor will receive the highest visibility and recognition among MunMaak sponsors in on site signage
- Title Sponsor will share the rally name title with MunMaak for 1 year
- The Title Sponsor is entitled to the following:
- One (1) ticket to join the Rally
- (4) VIP tickets to the Launch Party
- (4) VIP tickets to the After Rally Party
- Sponsorship of MunMaak Registration
- Sponsorship of the MunMaak Market place
- Sponsor of MunMaak Rally Bags (highest visibility sponsorships)
- Title Sponsor will have the opportunity to assist with the Miss MunMaak selection
- Title sponsor will receive #1 Priority booth space
- MunMaak Title Sponsor Award (presented at the After Rally Party)
- Exclusive Sponsor of the MunMaak Annual Rally Web page
- Opportunity to hang 2 additional banner or promotional signage in the registration area
- Sponsor logo at all MunMaak events during 2009
- Sponsor logo at all participating MunMaak Rally cars positioned at front & back trunk…size 1
Platinum Sponsor
Platinum sponsors benefit from full branding, promotional opportunities, and media exposure throughout all MunMaak events and additional media platforms throughout the period of the relationship.
MunMaak only offers Platinum partnerships to a maximum of two (2) brands. By aligning MunMaak events with just two (2) Platinum brands allows each relationship to be fully managed, whilst still achieving maximum exposure. Each sponsor maintains exclusivity within its industry category.
Platinum sponsors are usually international brands that are interested to benefit from exposure and all associations of being part of the MunMaak lifestyle.
- The Platinum Sponsor is entitled to the following:
- Two (2) VIP tickets to the Launch Party
- Two (2) VIP tickets to the After Rally Party
- Sponsorship of MunMaak Registration
- Sponsorship of the MunMaak Market place
- Platinum sponsor will receive #2 Priority booth space
- MunMaak Platinum Sponsor Award (presented at the After Rally Party)
- Exclusive Sponsor of the MunMaak Annual Rally Web page
- Opportunity to hang 1 additional banner or promotional signage in the registration area
- Sponsor logo at all MunMaak events during 2009
- Sponsor logo at all participating MunMaak Rally cars positioned at front trunk…size 2
Gold Sponsor
Gold sponsorship benefits include all branding, promotional opportunities, and media exposure specific to a single event, but do not benefit from multi-event exposure throughout all associated MunMaak events.
MunMaak only offers Gold partnerships to a maximum of four (4) brands.
Gold partnerships opportunities usually appeal to brands seeking localised or event specific exposure.
- The Gold Sponsor is entitled to the following:
- One (1) VIP tickets to the Launch Party
- One (1) VIP tickets to the After Rally Party
- Sponsorship of MunMaak Registration
- Gold sponsor will receive #2 Priority booth space
- Gold Sponsor of the MunMaak Annual Rally Web page
- Sponsor logo at all participating MunMaak Rally cars positioned at left or right…size 3
Specific sponsorship
Official suppliers benefit from full branding, promotional opportunities, and media exposure throughout all MunMaak events and additional media platforms throughout the period of the relationship. However, the size and value of the branding and promotional opportunities are determined upon the value of the product supplied.
Note: a supplier of significant value may also become a Gold or even Platinum sponsor, if the supply is equivalent to cover actual costs that MunMaak would otherwise incur.
Licensed Partners
MunMaak also licenses the use of the 'MunMaak' logo to third parties to manufacture, market and promote a specific product.
We are interested to offer licenses to established brands to develop new MunMaak licensed product.
Media Exposure
These features show MunMaak's diverse audience reach, magazines in numerous industry sectors, including; men’s lifestyle, celebrity, business and travel magazines as well as the more obvious motoring publications.
The rally will be broadcasted partly on TV.
Demographics
MunMaak’s audience ranges from 18-45 mass consumer and celebrity exposed generation that is inspired by branding, as well as the luxury goods market, appealing to the lifestyles of the already ‘rich and famous’. This unique ability provides a platform to reach a mass consumer or high end audience as well as being able to work with the influencers and pioneers of the creative world.
